ORDERING INFO:   Please order by phone or our fax order form. Our business hours are at the end of this page. Our Phone number is 450-795-3443, and our fax number is 450-795-3711.  Please order by part number and include the following information: year, model of vehicle, engine, transmission, differential, suspension and amount of lift.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa and MasterCard. Money order or bank transfer. No personal checks. No open accounts. No C.O.D.

SHIPPING: We ship by UPS, Dicom  and via postal service. There will be a handling/packaging fee added on your invoice.

DAMAGE CLAIMS: All orders are carefully packed, however, mishandling by the carrier can result in damage. The carrier has the responsibility for the shipment from the time it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to you. All claims for lost or damaged goods should be reported to the carrier, not to S.D.L. Suspension inc.

RETURNS: No returns will be accepted without prior permission from S.D.L. Suspension inc. Merchandise must be returned prepaid. The original invoice must accompany all returns. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all parts returned for credit or refund after 90 days. No merchandise will be issued credit or refund if it has been installed, modified, used in any way or is in unsalable condition. No returns on special order.
